Brent started his illustrious career in 1994, and soon became one of the top commercial real estate brokerage specialists in the region. In 2004, he earned the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtor (SIOR) designation for practicing the highest ethical standards. His passion for real estate naturally led him to pursue the construction side as well. He is the trusted, first call of many Fortune 500 companies.
Cody began his career in the residential construction market. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management in 2017, and went on to earn certifications in safety with both IOSHA and ASHE (American Society for Healthcare Engineering). He was promoted to Project Manager with a general contractor in 2019, during which time he supervised construction jobs from start to final finish. His experience includes developing projects within the manufacturing, healthcare, and education sectors.
Tom has over 21 years of experience in both commercial and industrial construction. He has worn many hats throughout his career, including positions such as project coordinator, estimator, vice president, and president/owner of Almac Sotebeer, Inc. These roles have allowed Tom to gain a rich understanding of every phase of the construction process. He is committed to building lasting relationships within the community.
Marty brings over 35 years of construction experience to the Endeavour team. His expert knowledge of the construction industry makes him a valued asset. He’s experienced in all phases of construction, from first dig to final finish. Each step of the way, his attention to detail is impeccable. His relationship with clients is exceptional. Prior to joining the Endeavour Group, Shanna worked in accounting roles for various local companies over the past 15 years. Her skills and responsibilities include payroll, vendor relations, accounts receivable and payable, collections, and office management.
