Endeavour Construction launched operations in 2021, with a clear vision: to build a headquarters of its own that showcased the company’s abilities. This vision was brought to life by partnering with Endeavour Holdings to develop a new facility on Endeavour Drive - a space that would reflect the same quality and craftsmanship the company delivers for its clients. The property was built as a multi- tenant facility to also house Winegard’s Elkhart service and distribution center. The result is a 13,200 square foot building that pairs a clean, modern office environment with functional warehouse space. The building’s exterior combines metal wall panels with a split-faced block lower façade. An expansive, storefront glass surrounds the office area along CR 17. Inside, visitors are welcomed into a bright, contemporary space, featuring a dramatic two-story lobby with an open steel staircase. The office suites feature luxury vinyl plank flooring and carpet tiles, glass walled private offices, an open, collaborative workspace, and a full equipped break room. The attached warehouse offers sealed concrete flooring and overhead doors for equipment and material access. Built to be not only a functional workspace, but also a reflection of our company’s founding ambition, the Endeavour headquarters serves as a milestone realized and a lasting home for both our team and Winegard.
