Monteith's Best-One Tire

After years of serving the Elkhart community, Monteith wanted a new look for their facility. Desiring a fresh, modern appearance that would better reflect their business, they sought the help of Endeavour Construction. Our team began with a complete removal of the building’s metal siding, replacing it with new metal panels for a sleek, updated look. Manufactured stone veneer was added to exterior walls, paired with smooth limestone sills beneath the windows, which created a refined, upscale finish. Existing gutters and downspouts were salvaged and reinstalled on the new exterior, as were the building’s electrical fixtures. To ensure that Monteith’s iconic branding remained front and center, the property’s two illuminated signs were taken down and reinstalled once the new siding was complete. Endeavor Construction created a bold, new look for the original building, while preserving what makes it recognizable to the public. Our team proudly renovated and modernized Monteith’s Best-One Tire without interrupting its day to day operations.
