MillMark Enterprises Facility Expansion

When MillMark Enterprises needed to expand their existing facility in Elkhart, they contacted Endeavour Construction. Our team designed and built a substantial addition, tying the new space to the current operations building. This expansion, built with a Kirby® pre-engineered steel building, adding roughly 9,900 square feet of production space. Rigorous safety and building codes needed to be met all throughout the project. A 91 foot masonry firewall (3 hour fire rated) - standing 21 feet tall - ties the new addition safely to the existing structure, and a fire rated curtain door secures the opening between the two spaces. Multiple overhead doors were added, as were upper sidewall windows and a new bathroom. The new facility now houses an overhead monorail conveyor system to enhance MillMark’s powder coating finishing operations. This project reflects Endeavour Construction’s ability to safely integrate new construction into an active industrial facility. We are proud to be a part of MillMark’s continued growth.
