Triangle Rubber & Plastics

When Triangle Rubber & Plastics needed to expand its production and storage capacity at its Elkhart location, they turned to Endeavour Construction. Our team designed and built a substantial lean-to addition on their existing building. This Kirby® pre-engineered, metal building addition features a standing-seam metal roof system with a 26ga A-panel metal for the walls. The lower wall is finished in natural split-face block wainscot that ties visually with the original building. A new entry door and windows were also installed. Behind the walls, this project included a full build-out of new infrastructure: twenty high-bay LED fixtures with motion sensors, new electrical circuits and receptacles, a relocated and expanded HVAC system for full climate control, and roughed in plumbing for future office bathrooms. Site work also included new sidewalks, relocated landscaping, and sprinklers. Our team was honored to help Triangle Rubber & Plastics expand its operations with an efficient addition built to keep pace with their growing storage and production needs.
